We take a team-based approach to meeting client's needs. This means any guest can see any service provider at any time for any reason. Why settle for just one stylist when it's possible to have access to the skills of an entire team? We often collaborate on color formulation, haircut shapes, and sometimes even jump in and help each other apply color or blow dry to keep everything running smoothly and on time. You have the skills and strengths of every member of our team available to you. It's also completely okay to have a favorite service provider and schedule your reservations with them on an on-going basis.

With Moroccanoil Professional color, we have brand new haircolor technology that has been 6 years in the making! This photo reveals different hair strands viewed under a microscope. The strand on the left shows a healthy hair strand that has never been chemically treated. Both middle photos show the damage to the cuticle caused by ammonia or MEA (an ammonia derivative used in many formulas claiming to be "ammonia free".) The strand on the right shows hair that has been color treated with Moroccanoil Professional hair color which uses a combination of Pro-Arginine (an amino acid) as the alkalizing agent combined with their patented Argan ID which infuses hair strands with argan oil which brings many protective antioxidant & moisturizing benefits. This leaves the hair in better & healthier condition after being colored. No more upcharges for bond building damage control products like Olaplex, B3, or Redken's Acidic bonder. Our color & lighteners have them built right in!

Our team members are paid professional salaries, not commission, so we maintain a peaceful & non-competitive atmosphere, and no one's pay is affected by a guest seeing another member of the team on any given visit. This also means that if we recommend a product or service, it's because we really believe you need it in order to achieve your desired result, not because we will earn a commission from it. At Eclipse, you'll never be "sold" something that you don't want or need just so someone can earn a bonus or "level up".
